Application for electricity connection (1-4 connections up to 60kVA)

This form is for customers looking for a new supply to 1-4 properties or a single new supply up to 60kVA. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk*

Please complete the form, following the below steps, which should take about 20 minutes to complete.  Please ensure that you have all of below details available before starting the application, including the relevant 'Property location and layout plan' files ready to upload.

Step 4: Property location and layout plan

To ease the process and ensure we can provide you with an accurate quotation, it would be helpful if you could provide the following documents:

1: Site location plan, identifying the property or properties requiring a Site Location Plan outlining the site boundary typically outlined in red.  Your site location plan should include the site boundary typically outlined in red and some existing roads names to allow easy identification. You can use an online mapping tool such as Google Maps or send your architects plans if you
have them.

2: Site Layout (at an appropriate scale) detailing:

- Preferred point for the supply cable to enter the property
- The electricity meter point location marked with an X
- Roads surrounding the boundary of your property

our site layout plan should include; the site boundary typically in red, all buildings and access routes, the preferred cable entry point, proposed meter point location and the roads surrounding the property.

Don’t worry if you don’t have all the above information we should be able to progress your request with just a description of the location, i.e. Next to 139 Oxford Road. You can always send the documents straight to your design engineer later.

Low carbon technology

Please complete this section if you are installing any low carbon technologies in addition to your main application.

Where you're only looking to apply in relation to Low Carbon Technology, and you don't require an additional electrical
supply, your installer should submit their application using the relevant ENA form or via the Connect Direct App.

Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN) 13-digit serial number that starts with 16 e.g. 1651245638792.  Only applicable for alterations to existing connections.

If you're application relates to more than 1 MPAN number please add them in the text box below. If you don't know your MPAN number please provide your Meter Serial Number (MSN) which can be located on the front of your meter.
If your MPAN doesn't start with 1 6, it's likely you're not in our operating area or connected to an Independent Distribution Network Operator network.
