D6 Network trials report

Deliverable 6 explains the project progress to date, focusing on the results and learnings from the live network trials.

The associated documents are: 

• “BiTraDER Platform Live Trials Specification” report which provides a summary of the updates made to the BiTraDER trading platform in preparation for the live trials.
• “BiTraDER Live Trial Outcomes and Proposed Platform Enhancements” report details the learnings from the live trials and proposed enhancements required to the BiTraDER trading platform for Business As Usual (BAU) operation.

The SP ENW IT team operated the ANM system, while Electron operated the trading platform. The teams worked collaboratively to enable the trading of curtailable capacity during a set of realistic network constraints run over a two week period.
